Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 24, 2025, at Freeman Mortuary.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 24, 2025, in the Freeman Chapel with the Reverend Tony Alter officiating.
Barbara's full obituary will be posted to this memorial page by Tuesday afternoon and published in the Wednesday edition of the News Tribune.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Croix Hospice, 601 Monroe Street, STE 304, Jefferson City, MO 65101, or Friends of the Jefferson City Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 105932, Jefferson City, MO 65110.
