Barbara Stahlschmidt Obituary
She attended Indiana University and moved to Sarasota after marrying Robert H Stahlschmidt in 1958. Here,
She served the Sarasota Co School Board as a teacher and was principal of Gulf Gate Elementary School for 25 years. Her friends and students described her as a lovely woman with a great smile and kind heart. Students from many years ago still have fond memories of her.
She is survived by her son Robert H Stahlschmidt II who lives in Sarasota.
Memorial Services will be held on 2/28 at 11AM at Siesta Key Chapel.
