Barry John Casey, 81, of Oley, PA. passed away peacefully on May 24, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Fountain Hill, PA, he was the loving son of Daniel F. Casey and Marie F. (Beck) Casey. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Gill Casey.
Barry was fortunate to grow up with a close family that included his grandparents, his aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
Barry graduated Bethlehem Catholic High School and went on to earn his teaching degree from Kutztown University. Barry served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force, during the Vietnam war, stationed at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson AZ. He was part of the Titan II missile wing.
Barry had his own business for over 20 years, Corporate Consulting Affiliates, Inc. His prior professional career was diverse and he took pride in a career marked by hard work and dedication. He had many accomplishments during his career, but it was the relationships fostered during his career that mattered most to him.
Barry loved playing golf, was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies, Villanova basketball, and Penn State football. He enjoyed traveling with his wife Sandy, and spending his winters in Florida.
Surviving Barry are: his three daughters from his first marriage to Susanne (Schnader) Casey: DiAnn (Frank Beyer), Linda Casey, and Lauri (Josh Tyler); Sandy's sons: Christopher Saul (Teresa) and Phillip Saul; five grandchildren: Ashley (Troy Lewallen), Matthew (Kara Hastings), Erica (Tyler Arcamone), Alyssa Tyler, and Sara Tyler; two step-grandchildren: Matthew and Kyle Gawel; and his dear cousin, who was like a brother, Walter Beck (Nancy).
Barry will be remembered by his beautiful smile, with love and respect by all who knew him.
Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday June 2, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Ursula's Catholic Church, 1300 Broadway, Fountain Hill, PA 18015, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10 A.M. until time of the Mass in the church. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery. Barry's arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Funeral Home, 1311 Broadway Fountain Hill, PA 18015.
