Ben was a teammate, a friend, and over the years, Ben became part of our Legacy Adventure Park family.

We are devastated and heartbroken by his sudden passing.

Ben was the first person we hired when we started Legacy Adventure Park. He was a goofy, eager to please, hard working military vet, that was so excited by the possibilities ahead. We were so impressed by his passion, little did we know how much of an impact this kid would make on all of our lives. To say that he loved this park, is a massive understatement. Ben was the beating heart of this park, and he was our rock. He seemed possessed with a mission to create a place where everyone was welcomed, respected, and safe. Whether you were a first time player, or a long term referee, Ben felt it his responsibility to make sure you were having a good day. It was always "you", before him. He would twist himself into a pretzel, if that's what it took to make you happy. That was Ben, what ever it took, he was there for you. And this fierce loyalty didn't stop when the work day was done. Ben was the guy you could call at 3am, when you needed help, and didn't know who else to turn to. As a friend, there was no off switch, he was just the guy that would always be there for you...even if you did something real stupid...he was coming to help you.

Over the years, Ben became the leader he was always meant to be. He looked after the young crew members as if they were his family. He put his love into this park, and he built a culture of kindness and respect among the team and our players. We can never replace the man that Ben was, we can only hope to continue forward with a fraction of the heart, love, kindness, and fierce loyalty that Ben showed us all.

All of our love goes out to CiCi, Ben's family, his military brothers and sisters, and anyone who was lucky enough to share a little time with this beautiful man.

We love you Ben, and we will always be grateful for the time we had with you.
