Born June 30, 1946, in Barboursville, WV, she was a daughter of the latte John "Johnnie" Tyler Bills and the late Lizzie Ellen Frye Bills. Ms. Wiley was a member of Bonneau First Baptist Church in Bonneau. She was affectionately known as "The Cross Lady" for the many woven crosses she created and passed along.
Survivors include three children, William R. Wiley, Diana S. Merritt (Gary), and Donna J. Wiley; four grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one sister, Marty Feltner; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Daisy Nelson, Vergie Mertins, Sue Harshburger, and Lola Adkins.
Services will be private.
