It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William Bonacker on October 24, 2024, at the age of 75. William, known to many as Bill, left this world surrounded by his family.
He was born March 27, 1949, to the late Harold and Jean (Sieckman) Bonacker. Bill was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Michael Bonacker; brother-in-law, Bob Agee and mother-in-law, Jane Brun.
Bill worked in the auto industry most of his life to provide for his family. His involvement in various local organizations showcased his commitment to his community, highlighting his selfless nature and desire to make a positive impact.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Bill found true joy in the simple pleasures of life. A passionate golfer and fisherman, he cherished the serenity of the outdoors and the thrill of a good game. His love for classic rock music resonated in his soul, providing a soundtrack to his many adventures and moments of relaxation.
However, above all else, Bill treasured his family. He is survived by his loving wife, of 50 years, Nancy (Pennington) Bonacker; children, Kristina Bonacker, Kory Bonacker; granddaughter, Faith Bonacker; siblings, Patti Agee, Peggi McCartney, husband Mike; along with several nephews and nieces.
In a final act of generosity, Bill chose to be an organ donor. Bill leaves a legacy of compassion and hope. His altruism and kindness will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
The family is planning a private service at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington.
