Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 28, 2022 in the Petrolia Cemetery in Petrolia, Texas under the direction of Davis Funeral Home in Henrietta.
Billy was born on August 20, 1940 in Levelland, Texas to Wayne and Vera Cullar. He married Peggy Jo (Biter) Cullar and retired from Petrolia ISD.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
Survivors include his wife Peggy of Petrolia; son, Vernon Cullar and wife Debbie of Petrolia; daughter, Sherry Long and husband Eddie of Truce, Texas; 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; three brothers, Troy Cullar of Jolly, Delbert Cullar of Wichita Falls and Kenneth Cullar of Petrolia; sister, Helen Evans of Granbury, Texas.
Memorials may be made to the Petrolia Senior Citizens Center.
Visitation will be Friday evening at Davis Funeral Home in Henrietta from 6:00 pm -7:00 pm.
