Bo Jian Guan
September 26, 1969 – January 4, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bo Jian Guan, a beloved husband, father, and cherished friend, who left this world peacefully on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at the age of 55.
Born in China, Bo migrated to the United States, where he settled in Lawrenceville, GA, making a life dedicated to his family and career.
Bo was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Ngoc Su, with whom he shared 23 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a warm and nurturing home filled with love and laughter. As a father, Bo was a steadfast supporter and a guiding light for his children, Jessica and Michael Guan. He took great pride in their accomplishments and was always their biggest advocate.
A talented chef, Bo found joy in creating delicious meals and bringing people together. His hard work and dedication to his craft allowed him to provide for his family, embodying the spirit of a hardworking man who never wavered in his commitment to his loved ones. Outside of the kitchen, Bo cherished his time spent fishing, which brought him peace and a sense of connection to nature.
Bo is survived by his beloved wife, Ngoc Su; his daughter, Jessica Guan; his son, Michael Guan; his nieces, Carmen and Karen Huang; and a multitude of friends who were touched by his kindness and generosity. He will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
Funeral services with Buddhist rites will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025 in the Buford Chapel of Crowell Brothers Funeral Homes & Crematory from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. All are welcome to join in celebrating the life and legacy of Bo Jian Guan.
In this time of sorrow, may we all find comfort in the cherished memories we hold and the love he shared.
