Brian Christopher Glennon, 47, passed peacefully into God's arms on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at his home in West Des Moines. A Celebration of Brian's Life will be held 11 AM Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Iles Westover Chapel. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery.
Brian was born December 5, 1976 to Thomas and Judith (Gabl) Glennon. He was a man with passionate beliefs and held them strong. Finding God as an adult, and trying to be devout. Brian had so much talent he would never admit too. After graduating Valley High School in 1995, Brian went to work, which he did with a determination like no other. He was an artist and avid collector of Pop Culture memorabilia especially Harley Quinn. His drawings so perfect, his landscaping so inspiring, his brilliant eye for amazing photographs that could have been professionally published, his truly beautiful collection of writing done since middle school, and his carefully crafted library of music. He was a beautiful soul who had a fierce kind of love. With everything he had, he never held anything back.
He will be missed by his surviving family including his siblings: Sean (Monica) Glennon of Olathe, KS, Meghan (Pat) Glennon-Williams of Windsor Heights, Patrick (Kim) Glennon of Tucson, AZ; brother-in-law, Daniel Meeker; nephews: Keirick (Alicia Bump) Glennon, Jordon Meeker, Nathan Hoover. Brian was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kimberly Meeker.
Memorial contributions may be made to Raccoon Valley Little League.
