Brian C. Sweigart, 81, of Denver, passed away on June 9, 2025, at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital. Born on October 18, 1943, in Ephrata, to the late Chester and Myrtle Sweigart.

Brian was a graduate of Ephrata High School, class of 1961. Throughout his life, Brian dedicated himself to his work as a factory laborer for a local shoe manufacturer, contributing his efforts to the industry for many years. In addition to his professional life, Brian honorably served in the United States Army, showcasing his commitment to his country. Brian was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Ephrata. Outside of his professional and spiritual commitments, Brian found joy in his hobbies. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, pursuits that allowed him to connect with nature. He had a particular fascination for guns and an avid interest in reading about early American history. Brian will be profoundly missed and remembered with the respect and love he so richly deserves.

Brian is survived by his beloved sisters, Gail Trate of Denver and Penny (Doug) Stick of Ephrata, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be private to the family.
