Brody was born August 17, 2013. From the moment he was born he was deeply loved. Brody was the cutest baby boy with a head full of curly blonde hair that everyone adored. As he grew into a young man, he loved being a country boy. He spent countless hours exploring the woods where he lived, four wheeling, trail blazing, & spending time with family. He played soccer for UC, was a blue belt in martial arts, and excelled in his first year as an Upperman Stinger. As smart as he was handsome, Brody had the highest achievements all throughout his school years. He served on the Safety Patrol, A-team, & FCA Leadership at Cane Creek. He loved shooting guns, swimming, cliff jumping, & anything "Man Camp." Brody loved his momma more than words can describe & had grown into such a young gentleman. He had a strong heart for Jesus & will be deeply missed.
Brody is survived by his mother & father, Kimberly & Jon Simono, biological father Jason Scott, siblings Destin, Joel & Faith Simono, grandmothers Doris Carr & Mary Simono & many aunts, uncles & cousins.
Funeral Service for Brody Lee Scott Simono will be held Monday, February 24, 2025 at 3:00 pm at Life Church - Cookeville with Pastor Bobby Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the Double Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 24, 2025 from 12:00 pm until the time of service at Life Church - Cookeville.

Brody, Its your cousin David. I remember you since you were a baby boy. I spent my whole life growing up with you and spent as much time as I could with you. You were like a Brother to me bro and I tried the best I could to be a role model in your life which brings me peace. I never thought Id be the one holding you in my arms, trying to wake you up only to know that you had passed. I will never forget the day I found you bro. We spent countless hours 4-wheeler riding, hiking, shooting guns, and being bros for each other almost every single day, man. I'm sorry you had to go out like that, but hey! I know you wouldn't have wanted to pass away in your sleep as redneck as you are! I also remember I introduced you to Morgan Wallen and that song "I wrote the book" and I remember you fell in love with it. I grew a mullet, and you followed as well and we thrived in that country life man. We played that song for you at your funeral and I dang well know you were singing it! I miss you bro. Everyday I walk the trails, reliving the memories and it hits deep every time. I'm going to work on the fort we planned to build and Im doing it in memory of you. Your always in my heart Brody and You were like a Brother to me and always will be forever. I love you so much man.

I did not know him long but he was kind happy and supportive to all no matter who they are and I know a lot of people are sad right now but I'm sure he is happy up in heaven I'm sorry for your loss I hope that he is better and happy in his new home. RIP

Brody was one of the best little cousins you could ask for. I wish I´d spent more time with him before this happened. He was a big goofball when he was really little, still was when he got older. I always thought of him as a little brother more than a cousin. I love you so much Brody, rest well.
