Carl Wayne Wyatt, 77, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2025. Born in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Carl Vaughn and Georgia Mae Cartee Wyatt and the husband of Minnie Jean Wyatt for fifty-one years. He was previously employed with Leigh Fibers and was a member of Una First FreeWill Baptist Church for forty-three years. Carl was an avid fan of the Washington Redskins and Carolina Gamecocks.
Survivors also include four daughters, Tanya Wyatt Stanley (Kevin), Carla Denise Wyatt Peake (Alfonso), Cynthia Marie Wyatt (Richard) and Debbie Lynn Lovelace (Randy); nine grandchildren, Megan Cabe (Kevin), Jacob Barbare (Amber), Taylor McCullough (Travis), Tyler Newman (Lexi), Ryan Stanley (Kayla), Jacqueline Pearson, Mackenzie Lovelace and Baileigh Lovelace and Zamion Pearson; eleven great-grandchildren, Reaghan Cabe, Jaxson Cabe, Easton Stanley, Hayden Pearson, Camille Pearson, Witten Cabe, Cynthia Barbare, Nash Barbare, Banks Stanley, Phararoh Martin and Baby Stanley.
Funeral services will be held at 12PM on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at Una First FreeWill Baptist Church with Rev. Wesley Campbell, Rev. Kenneth Cash, Rev. Mitch Edge, and Rev. Mike Etters officiating.
The family will receive friends from 11AM until 12PM prior to the service.
Interment will be held at Fort Prince Memorial Gardens.
