Carolyn Yvonne Meiner

Carolyn Yvonne Meiner was born on September 18, 1952, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Billy E Fogle and Genita C Fogle of Gracemont, Oklahoma. Carolyn left her earthly home to be with the Lord on April 25th, 2025, at 72 years of age. Carolyn graduated from US Grant High School in 1970, where soon after she went to beauty school in Ponca City, Oklahoma and received her Beauticians license. Carolyn was a beautician and made people beautiful and laugh for the better part of 50 years. For 40 of those years, she worked side by side, and even at different shops together, with her best friend Paula Lahann. In 2005, her and Paula both joined a new shop called Cuttin Loose, where they joined forces with Paulette Davis and became the inseparable trio and 3 best friends for over 2 decades. Carolyn was not only a beautician, but wore the hat of the Wal-Mart greeter where she would welcome every client in with a warm smile and hello, and walk almost every client to their car, whether they were there for her or the other ladies at the shop. No one came in or left without Carolyn showing them the kindness and love of her big heart. Carolyn's ability to touch people's hearts and bring laughter to the surface everywhere she went will be truly missed. She never met a stranger and could easily strike up conversation with anyone and everyone she met. Carolyn is survived by her big sister, Patricia Kelley. Niece Katrina Myers and husband Chris Myers, and their children, Corey, Cody and Morgan. Nephew Bradley Kelley and wife Stacia Kelley, and their children, Dakota, Dillon, Mark, Michael and Kacey. Bonus daughter Jennifer Meiner. And a many great number of cousins and dearly close friends. Carolyn is preceded in death by her daddy Billy E Fogle, momma Genita C Fogle, baby-sister Pamela G Whitson, big brother Billy J Fogle, as well as many other friends and family members to great to mention. Carolyn will be missed dearly and this is not good bye, but until we meet again.
Visitation for Carolyn will be 11:00am-1:30pm, Thursday, May 1, 2025 at the Chapel at Resthaven. Services will immediately follow at 2:00pm in the Chapel at Resthaven.
