Catherine P. Bosich

Catherine P. "Katie" Bosich, age 95 of Norvelt PA, died Friday (4/22/2022) in Excela Health- Frick Hospital Mount Pleasant, PA.
Mrs. Bosich was born Feb. 1, 1927 in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of the late John and Mary Sherbuck. Catherine was a member of St. Florian R.C. Church, and was a graduate of the former Hurst High School. Prior to her retirement she had been employed as a seamstress for the Lily Shop. Katie enjoyed going to bingo, reading, watching old movies, but most of all enjoyed being with her family. Anytime her family left her home she would always say, "Love you more".
She is survived by her loving family: her children; Mary Kay Beiter (Robert) of Darragh, Sylvia Zimmerman (Ron) of FL, and Michael A., Bosich (Kim) of Scottdale. Her beloved grandchildren: Christopher Bosich, Paige Speeney (Nick), Brianne Lloyd (Joshua), and Bradley Beiter (Heather). In addition to her parents, Catherine was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Bosich in August 2010, and by her eleven brothers and sisters.
Private Inurnment will be in the St. Florian Cemetery. The family would like to offer a special thank you to: Ed, Thelma, Laurie, Earl, Lorie and Austin for always being there for Katie. There will be no public viewing or service. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home.
