Charles Rudolph "Randy" Hall, age 86, of Sharpsburg GA, died Wednesday March 12, 2025 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. He was born in Savannah GA on October 22, 1938 to the late Z.P. Hall & Rosa Mae McGraw Hall. He grew up and attended school in Savannah GA, graduating from Armstrong Jr. College in 1960, before moving to Atlanta to attend law school. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson College of Law in 1963, earning both a Juris Doctor, and Doctor of Law degrees. He spent his entire career working for Stovall & Company in Atlanta GA, retiring as President in 1995. After retirement, he travelled extensively with his wife Odessa, visiting dozens of countries on six different continents.
Randy was respected and trusted by those who knew him, both personally and professionally. He contributed throughout his life to many charities, favoring children's hospitals, and those that support veterans. He was an avid reader during his lifetime, a passion he passed on to his children and grandchildren. He was also a proud member of New Heights Baptist Church in Sharpsburg, GA.

He is survived by his wife Odessa; four children Randall, Kendall, Mark & Julia; five grandchildren Tyler, Sarah, Matthew, Dixon & Emilee; two great-grandchildren Raiya & Rowan; and other relatives & friends. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Phebe. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm Sunday March 16th, at McKoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson Street, Newnan, GA. Funeral Services will be held at McKoon on Monday March 17th at 11:00am. He will be interred in Greensboro City Cemetery on Tuesday during a private family ceremony.
