We spent thousands of hours chasing trains along with our 3rd amigo, Carl Amidon. However, for me the absolute best time was our first trip to Chicago. We were like little kids visiting a toy store for the 1st time in our lives. We saw so much that we couldn't absorb it all but we had a great time together.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Chuck. I have known him 40+ years from when I lived in Edinboro. He was a good man and a great police officer. Sympathy to his entire family.

Pat, Jeff, Stephanie, and family, we send our heartfelt condolences for the loss of such a great guy. His kindness, smile, and fun personality will be cherished in our hearts. I can't imagine all the wonderful memories you must have to help you through this difficult time; such a blessing from God. Chuck will live on in your hearts. His dedication to his family was exemplary. Please know we have said many prayers and will continue to pray for Chuck and all his loved ones. May the communion of saints and angels meet him at the gate and escort him to our savior's loving arms and may his memory live on forever. God Bless, Darleen and David Wilkinson

Countless train shows, rail fan trips to Chicago, Cleveland, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Toledo, Indiana, etc., etc. How many meals did we share? Lots of great memories. Rest in peace old friend.

To Pat and all the family: So sorry to hear of Chuck´s passing. He was a special guy. He rode on the fender of the tractor I borrowed to brush hog my property when I built my house and was worried about his hair the whole time. Just one of many memories I have of Chuck. RIP my friend.
