He was born on April 14, 1945, in Hagerstown, MD to the late Charles E. Sr. and Virginia E. Eckis Miller.
Charles was a 1963 graduate of Williamsport High School and attended the University of Maryland.
He was employed by Lowes as a kitchen and bath designer until his retirement. He was previously employed by Sears and also as a teacher for 6 years for 4th- 8th grade Math and Science in Hedgesville, WV. His family owned Sams Busy Corner in Williamsport, MD.
Charles is survived by his daughter Elizabeth A. Lambert (Craig W.); son Joseph Brant Miller (Elizabeth A.); grandchildren Brendan and Michael Miller, and Ellie Lambert.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Samuel Miller.
A graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 2:00 pm with Pastor Kimberly Nunberg-Wadel officiating.
