Chuck used to live in the apts I still live in. Joan Simmons and I are his friends. Rose Jarvis and his ex roommate, John McGuinness were also friends. I can't say we were close but he was a very pleasant person. Loved animals and was a good friend to Joan and John. Rest in Peace Chuck
