Charles Raymond Wagner, III, 64, of Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas passed away July 1, 2025. He was born August 28, 1960 in Chicago, IL, to Charles Wagner Jr. and Sharon Wagner.
His friends knew him as "Sam." He was known for his Harley and Chili that he made and provided to his friends at The Frontier. He will dearly be missed.
Charles was preceded in death by his father Charles Wagner Jr.
Survivors include his mother Sharon Wagner; sister Shawn Keith; brothers John Wagner and Jerry (Debbie) Wagner; and nephews Josh, Mark, and Matt.
