Charles "Charlie" F. Webb Sr., 74, of Blackstone, Virginia passed away peacefully at home on Friday, July 25th, 2025.
Born in Roanoke, VA, on Tuesday, October 3rd, 1950, he was the son of the late Sarah Evelyn Knott Webb and William Howard Webb Sr.
Charlie is survived by his devoted wife of 46 years, Patricia "Pat" A. Webb. Together, they built a life full of love, family, and unwavering companionship.
He was the proud father of Angela Webb, Heather King, Charles Frankie Webb Jr., Melody Neathery, and Patricia Perkins. He was preceded in death by his son, Joshua Patrick Webb. He is also survived by his four brothers, two sisters, many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, all of whom brought great joy to his life.
Charlie had a deep love for the outdoors. He enjoyed riding his four-wheeler and tractor, hunting, fishing, and working with his hands. He was a talented carpenter by trade and worked for many years as an auto mechanic.
Even after losing his leg in 2007 due to complications from diabetes, Charlie's determination and spirit never wavered. He continued to live life fully, never letting his disability hold him back.
He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, kind heart, and deep love for his family. He will be missed always and loved forever.
A celebration of Charlie's life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Crewe Community Center, 200 W. Tennessee Ave., Crewe, VA 23930.
