Mr. Charles Wynn, Jr., was born on October 10, 1935, to the late Charles Wynn, Sr., and Emma Lee Wynn in Jackson, Georgia. He received his formal education in the Butts County School System. He accepted Christ at an early age. After high school, Charles enlisted in the United State Army and was Honorably discharged.
Mr. Charles Wynn, Jr., met the love of his life Ms. Elizabeth Clemmons and was united in holy matrimony on October 25, 1958, their union was blessed with 8 beautiful children.
Charles was self-employed as he was a Carpentry and he was good in Remodeling. In his leisure time he enjoyed riding motorcycles in his early years, fixing on them and cars. The thing close to his heart was spending time with his family and friends.
On Monday, December 16, 2024, our Heavenly Father called Mr. Charles Wynn, Jr., home, where he will forever dwell in his presence. He is set free from all sickness and pain. Rest now in peace and comfort, your journey has ended, battle fought, and victory won. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Wynn, Sr., and Emma Lee Wynn; his three children, Walter Clemmons, Ricky Wynn, and marline Wynn, and his brother, Robert Lee Wynn.
Mr. Charles Wynn, Jr., leaves a lasting legacy, full of loving memories his wife, Mr. Elizabeth Wynn; three sons, Donald (Chino) Wynn, Randy (Linda) Wynn, and Ronnie (Rosa) Wynn, and two daughters, Darleane Wynn Jester, and Emma Redding; 9 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren, and a special friend, Mr. Billy Combs. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23, 2024, from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Burden's Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel at Burden's Funeral Home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service hour. Interment will follow in Griffin Memorial Gardens. Pastor Claude Franklin is the Eulogist.
