Charlotte Musgraves (ne Cox) 107, peacefully left this earth for the arms of her Savior on February 22, 2025.Born on a farm in Knox County, TN, she was the daughter of Lee Allen and Margarette Cox (Metler). A graduate of Powell High School (class of 1934), Charlotte was a proud member of Fountain City United Methodist Church and Womans Society for over 70 years. Charlotte married Glenn Musgraves in 1945 shortly upon his return from World War II where he served in the Army Air Corps, they were married for 48 years until his passing. Charlotte greatest joy was her family, especially her only son James Lee. She lived her entire life in Knox County surrounded by her family and friends. She and Glenn also enjoyed taking road trips with their family to the beach and across the country. She also took several special vacations with their granddaughter Brittany. Her last few years have been spent at The Pointe at Lifespring, where she remained active playing bingo and most of all going out to dinner with her son Jim and his friends.Charlotte is survived by her son James Musgraves and granddaughter Brittany Musgraves. She was preceded in death by her husband Glenn Elbert Musgraves, parents Lee and Margarette, sister Lillian Fallin (Cox), brothers Walter, Fritz, James and Lee Cox and daughter-in-law Regina Musgraves.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fountain City UMC Capital Campaign or the charity of your choiceA graveside service will be held at 3:00pm on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Lynnhurst Cemetery located at 2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918 with Rev.
