Charlotte Rhea Prine Tryon was born May 14,1949 in Glen Rose, Texas to Homer and Ruby Prine. She went to be home with the lord on May 16, 2025.
She is survived by her beloved husband, David Tryon of Glen Rose, Texas; son, Shannon Sims of Portland, Oregon; daughter and son in law, Susan and Joseph Hammack of Glen Rose, Texas; son and daughter in law, Willie and Mary Tryon of Burleson, Texas; grand daughter and husband, Hannah and Bailey White of Cleburne, Texas; grandson, Justin Hankins of Glen Rose, Texas; grandson, Kyler Tryon of Burleson, Texas; grandson and wife, Jackson and Jacey Hammack of Nacogdoches, Texas; grandson, Jayden Tryon of Burleson, Texas. She was also excited about welcoming her first great grandson, Atlas Grayson White.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Ruby Prine; her brother and sister in law, Doug and Toni Prine; and daughter in law, Chrissy Sims.
Charlotte, commonly called Mom or Mimi, was a natural caretaker. She loved caring for her family and spoiling her grandkids. She was a fabulous cook and had quite the green thumb. She was a member of Cedar Point Baptist. Mimi was a beautiful soul and we are all so grateful to have loved her and been loved by her.
Proverbs 31:28-29: "Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her. 'Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.'"
