Christine Carol Patrick passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the age of 60.
Christine was born on July 27, 1964 in Detroit, Michigan to Charles and Maryann (nee Callahan) Burgess. She was a 1982 graduate of Lincoln High School in Warren and went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Tech in 1986. Christine had a brilliant mind. She met David T. Patrick while working and they married on April 16, 1994 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Macomb Township. They had twin boys and shortly after their birth, Christine hung up her career hat and embraced her role as a mother and homemaker for her family, homeschooling her boys until their teenage years. She was very involved with her church, always volunteering, mentoring and teaching. Christine loved baking, taking trips to the family cottage and traveling. She was fiercely independent; had immeasurable patience and understanding; unfathomable strength; and was a constant anchor for her family. Christine will be greatly missed by her loving family and everyone who was blessed to have known her.
Christine is survived by her sons, Michael (Cassandra) Patrick and Mitchell Patrick; grandson, Charles David Patrick; brother, Scott (Alicen) Burgess and their children; and many friends. Christine was preceded in death by her husband, David on June 7, 2007 and her parents.
