Christopher Lee Hamilton

Christopher Lee Hamilton AKA Bug, age 37, passed away at Doctor's Hospital on Tuesday morning, September 13, 2022. He was born on July 30, 1985 in Columbus, Ohio to Mary and Joey Hamilton. He is survived by fiancée, Lori Woods; daughters: Kyaira Lindsay, Kamiyah Lindsay, Karlysa Hamilton, Krystina Hamilton; sons: Christopher Lee Hamilton Jr. and Aiden Hamilton. He is also survived by grandmothers: Rosita Steele, Sheila Miller, and Denise Hamilton; grandfather, James Hamilton; brothers: Joe Hamilton, Steven Hamilton, Brandon Steele, and Adam Hamilton; Aunts: Marla Perez Steele, Susie Marshall, Carleana Steele, Lori Hamilton, Tammy Dotson, Leah Gannon, Jamie Bohl, Kim Hamilton and Kahleigh Hamilton; great uncle, Raymond Perez; uncles: Shawn Hamilton, Steve Bohl, and Olen Gannon. He is preceded in death by grandfather: Clyde Steele Sr.; Uncles: Clyde Steele Jr., Robert Marshall, and Paul Griffith.
Chris enjoyed traveling many places, spending time with his family, and dogs. He was a loving and caring father and fiancé who had an amazing personality that brought light and comfort to many peoples lives. Family meant everything to him, his nieces, nephews, and cousins ejoyed to spend time with him. He always had a welcoming smile on his face and a heart big enough for the world. Chris, you will truly be missed and never forgotten! We will celebrate your life and cherish every moment you blessed us with. Rest easy and watch over us! We love you to the moon and back and all through the stars forever and always. We love you!
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at O.R. Woodyard Co. (1346 S. High St. Cols. OH, 43207) from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM, where funeral will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Obetz cemetery.
