She attended Green Bay West High School and enrolled in College Courses in Psychology. She is always learning and creating. She loves to paint, draw, and write. She loves music, making people laugh, her dog Sancha and her brothers. Her father is her heart, and her mother is her best friend.
She is survived by the love of her life Nick Brice, her mother; Jamie Moreno, her stepdad; Aaron Stands, her brothers; Knowledge Jandreau (Emma Roblero),and Jovan Moreno, grandmothers; Elena Kitchenakow and Brenda Marsh, her grandfather; Mike (Lisa) Sortino, favorite cousins; Kiariah Kitchenakow and Adriana Moreno and many aunts and Uncles.
Cicaly is preceded in death by her father Cecil R. Sperberg, great grandparents; Joesph and Venita Moreno, and grandfather; Anthony Kitchakow.
The family will greet relatives and friends from 12:00 noon until 8:00 PM on Friday November 25, 2022 at Legacy Gathering Center, (838 S. Fisk, Green Bay). The Visitation will continue from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday November 26, 2022 at Legacy Gathering Center (838 S. Fisk, Green Bay).
Funeral services following the visitation will be held on Saturday November 26, 2022 at 1:00pm. Followed by a gathering please bring a dish to pass.
