Born in Houston, Texas, Cindy was a quiet and kind-hearted woman who found simple joys in life - among them, her love for Dr. Pepper. She is preceded in death by her mother, Silvia Doby, and her sisters, Terri Evans and Billie Jo Evans.
Cindy is survived by her two children, Brandy and Joshua Stacy; her two sisters, Barbara Earhart and Tammy Krumnow; her father, Herbert Evans; two grandchildren; two nephews; three nieces, a husband other family members and friends. Though she is no longer with us in person, her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
May she rest in eternal peace.
