A celebration of life will be held later for Clara Ann Judice, age 70, who passed away on, Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
Family members will pay tribute to Clara at a graveside ceremony where she will be buried with her parents followed by a reception at the Judice family home in Scott, LA.
Clara is survived by her son, Sidney Paul Judice, of Maurice; her one sister, Rose "Aileen" Begnaud (Larry); her seven brothers, Perry (Rachael), Ted, Victor (Judy), Jerome "Bryan" (Ednita), Dennis, Kip (Susan), Darrin (Dee Dee),as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jerome and Nelda Rose Girouard Judice.
Clara, a native and lifelong resident of Lafayette, LA, was previously employed by Lafayette Guest House for over 30 years, Clara was a resident of Court Yard Manor Retirement Home at the time of her passing. Clara is most remembered for her memory of family gatherings from years past, and her sense of humor about life in general. Clara was a loving mother to her son and a sibling to be proud of, for her tenacity and grit. Clara fought Cervical Cancer and was in remission for over 4 years until this disease ultimately claimed her life.
Clara's wishes were that all who knew her take time to be kind and visit, life is short. She will be remembered and missed by all of those who knew her.
