Clifton "Cliff" Earl Williams of Windsor, Colorado passed away June 24, 2025, in Ft. Collins, Colorado. He was born in Longmont, Colorado to Marion C. and Armona A. Williams on May 30, 1951. He was raised in Berthoud, Colorado and graduated from Berthoud High School in 1969. He attended technical school in Kansas City, Missouri and became an electronics specialist. He started his own business, Larimer Telephone, in Ft. Collins, which served northern Colorado and southern Wyoming. He retired in 2017. In 1971 he married Linda May Loyd in Carrollton, Missouri. She predeceased him in 2013.
Cliff truly enjoyed the outdoors. He was an avid camper and fisherman. He loved his many pets including Little Bit, a German Shepard and kitties Iggy and Buddy. Cliff had a green thumb and shared the bounty of his garden with his neighbors and friends. He enjoyed life to the fullest with family and friends.
Cliff was predeceased by his parents, wife and nieces Karleen Murphy and Julie Brost and her husband Anthony Brost. He is survived by his sister Karen Burgess and husband Jerry of Ft. Collins, niece Sherri Pickett and husband William of Berthoud, nephew Steven Burgess and wife Denise of Palm Bay, Florida, nephew-in-law Robert Murphy of Littleton and many great nieces and nephews whom he completely adored.
Cliff's family wishes to extend gratitude to New Mercer Memory Care and Columbine West Rehab Center for their compassionate care and understanding comfort for Cliff during his difficult years with dementia. And very special thanks to Shelly from Accent Care hospice for her enduring care during Cliff's last hours. The compassion shown to Cliff will never be forgotten.
A grave side service will be held Tuesday, July 1, 2015 at 10:30 am at Berthoud Green Lawn Cemetery
