Connie L. Pierce has transferred her residence from here on earth to Glory Land. She was formerly of West Carthage, age 75, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, NY.
A Graveside Service and burial will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Hillside Cemetery in West Carthage.
Connie was born on October 27, 1949, in West Carthage, NY, to the late Kenneth "Jack" and Marion (Hiney) Pierce. She graduated from Carthage High School in 1967. Connie worked as a beautician and later worked for many years as a manager at the Sugar Creek Store in Great Bend and retired from JRC in 2009 after 11 years of service.
She is survived by a dear friend, Kathleen LaVancha; her brother, Wayne Pierce of Chaumont; her niece, Sarah (Robert "Bobby") Orr, and their children, Isabella and Lucas; her nephew, Daniel (Morgan) Pierce, and their children, Brayden and Marcus. Along with many other dear & close friends.
Connie was an incredibly active member of the Assembly of God Church, where she enjoyed singing and playing the piano. She also had a deep love for her pets and animals. Connie was cherished by many and will be dearly missed; she truly held a special place in the hearts of all who had the honor of knowing her.
