Aleta Carolyn “Connie” Black Seagle, age 60 of Cherryville, passed away Friday, August 9, 2024, at Wendover Hospice House. She was born August 3, 1964 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to the late Jack and Blanche Huss Black. Connie was a graduate of West Lincoln High School. She enjoyed music and animals. Connie was a homemaker extraordinaire who took pride in keeping her home clean. She was a devoted wife with a very loving nature about her and always put others first.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband of 24 years, Jeffrey David Seagle; daughter, Brooke Raquelle Padgett and husband, Cory; grandchildren, Tyler and Ian Padgett; brothers, Mike Black (Tonya), Deanie Black, Jackie Black (Debbie), and David Black (Deanna); and numerous nieces and nephews.
No formal services will be held at the time.
