Born in New Castle on December 12, 1947, Cindy was the daughter of the late Angelo J. Barletto, Sr. and Ann L. Quinn Barletto.
Cindy had worked in the billing department at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio for over thirty years, until she retired.
Cindy was a member of Holy Spirit Parish. She enjoyed shopping on QVC. Cindy loved her nieces like they were her daughters. It brought her great joy spending time with her family and friends.
Cindy is survived by her brother, Angelo Barletto, Jr. (Jill), and her two nieces, Amber Barletto and Kylee Barletto.
Visitation will be on Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road. A Blessing Service will follow on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Deacon John Carran will officiate.
Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery.
