Cindy Hackman Ogden, 75, of Canonsburg, PA passed away peacefully on May 17, 2025. Born on October 1, 1949, to the late Robert and Virginia Hackman, Cindy grew up in Mt Lebanon, PA, where she forged lifelong friendships. Cindy was a proud graduate of The Ohio State University with a Fine Arts Degree in Dance and Theatre. She built an esteemed career as a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty in Pittsburgh’s South Hills, joining the Peters Township Market Center in 1999 and becoming a Partner/Owner two years later. Holding GRI, CRS, and SRES designations, she was a valued member of the real estate community.
Cindy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William C. Ogden Sr. and her parents. She is survived by her brothers, Rob (Lisa) Hackman and Tom Hackman; her nieces, Audrey Hackman and Lindsay (Thad) Saunds; her stepchildren, Ann Marie Chambers and Michael (Jeannine) Ogden; her cousin and best friend Paula “Paulabelle” Lombard, and her dear friend, Laurel Porro, with whom she shared both her college years and lived with in recent years .
Cindy was a skilled bridge player and treasured her bridge group, where she spent countless joyful hours filled with laughter and camaraderie. Cindy was a remarkable cook, delighting friends and family with her culinary creations. Her beloved dog, Tessa, brought her immense joy and companionship.
Her warmth, generosity, and vibrant spirit left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Friendship Village South Hills and Gallagher Hospice.
The family requests a donation to the Washington Area Humane Society, 1527 PA-136, Eighty Four, PA 15330 in lieu of flowers.
Friends and family are welcome from 10am to 11 am, Friday, June 6th, 2025, at Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P.
