Dale Martin Jensen

Dale Jensen, a prominent businessman and philanthropist, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2024, at the age of 75. Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska.
At an early age Dale co-founded Information Technology Inc., a pioneering computer software and solutions provider for banks and savings institutions. His innovations revolutionized the banking industry, with his software and systems still utilized by numerous banks worldwide. As a prominent investor, Dale was involved with the Arizona Diamondback Baseball Club, Phoenix Suns and his beloved Alma Mater, The University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Beyond his business endeavors, Jensen was known for his philanthropic contributions, particularly in the fields of science and technology. His commitment to innovation and community development was evident throughout his life. Dale very was dedicated to his faith with the Catholic church helping to establish a private Catholic High School, Notre Dame Preparatory, in Scottsdale, AZ
Dale Jensen is survived by his wife Vicki, brother, Ross (Diane), children Chris Jensen (Michelle) and Kenny Peake, and grandchildren, Hunter Jensen, Cole Jensen, Victoria Peake, Hallie Peake and great granddaughter, Ivy Peake. His legacy of entrepreneurship, innovation, and generosity will be remembered by many. Dale is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Rachel Jensen.
Service for Dale will be held Friday January 24th at 12:00 noon at St. Thomas of the Apostle Church, 2312 E Campbell Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
