It is with deep sorrow that we announce the transition of our beloved Damaso Morales Molina, age 68, of Erie, PA, on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at UPMC Hamot after a brief illness surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on June 11, 1957 in Naguabo, Puerto Rico to the late Gervasio Morales and Eladia Molina.
Massy, as he was affectionately known, had the heart of gold, loved to spend time with family, and loved to joke and laugh. He is survived by his partner in life, Mirian Escudero Valentin. Damaso will be forever missed by all who knew and loved him.
Friends and family are welcome to join a celebration of life that will be held at the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., on Tuesday, November 18th, from 4 to 6 pm, with a time to share memories and capture the essence of a life well lived at 5:30 pm. Con profundo pesar anunciamos la partida de nuestro querido Damaso Morales Molina, de 68 años, de Erie, Pensilvania, quien falleció el jueves 6 de noviembre de 2025 en UPMC Hamot, después de una breve enfermedad y rodeado de sus seres queridos. Nació el 11 de junio de 1957 en Naguabo, Puerto Rico, hijo de los fallecidos Gervasio Morales y Eladia Molina.
Massy, como era cariñosamente conocido, tenía un corazón de oro. Le encantaba pasar tiempo con su familia y disfrutaba haciendo bromas y riendo. Le sobrevive su compañera de vida, Mirian Escudero Valentín. Damaso será eternamente recordado por todos los que lo conocieron y amaron.
Familiares y amigos están cordialmente invitados a una celebración de vida, que se llevará a cabo en Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., el martes 18 de noviembre, de 4 a 6 pm, con un momento especial para compartir recuerdos y celebrar una vida bien vivida a las 5:30 pm.
