This was one of Daniel´s favorite image, he used it as his display picture online. Merry Christmas to the Thomas family.

DT, we're STILL talking about you a year later, but it's not like we're gonna stop... RIP and never forget, "trading is 95% psychology, 5% BASIC math!"

Well, im only about a month and a half late. I talked to DT A.K.A TradeBothWayz the day before hus surgery. Like many others have already said, my experience was exactly the same. I met daniel very early on my trading career and he helped me everystep of the way. He was always willing to share his knowledge and time for absolutely nothing in return bc that is exactly the type of person he was. An altruist to his very core and the greatest day-trader to walk this earth. He will be surely missed by the trading community. He will be surely missed, by me. Fly high daniel.
Prayers and thoughts go towards his wife and children. If you guys need anything just reach out, I am sure you will come across 1000s of traders willing to repay the favor. We are all in his debt.

DT was a great mentor and friend of mine in trading. From the outside, I'm not sure most realize just how exceptional he was when it came to this profession. Most will never reach his level of aptitude, but at the same time he never hesitated to disclose his struggles and short comings in life. He was so humble to those he taught, which made his teachings all the more desirable. He spoke often of the love he had for his family, and my group of traders and I are deeply discouraged to hear this news. We prayed for him often during his decline of health, and will continue to pray for his family. May peace be found.

So sad to see Danny passed away. He helped me immensely in my trading journey, always encouraging and pushing me to be better and reminding me to shut it down and take time for family, for real life. Will miss you Danny and hope to see you at the feet of Jesus one day.

I met Daniel online, i aspired to learn from him and be as good of a trader as he was. He spent countless hours one on one with me to teach me his craft. And I use it every single day and always will. I am so sad. I
Hope your family makes it through this terrible loss. He shared this photo with us in our trading chat group on September 4th, 2023. He initially started the group and eventually gave me control of it. It will always be open and we will remember him.

Every time you would say, "Trading is 95% psychology, 5% basic math", which is something most people in this business don't understand. You were a huge inspiration to me and many others. R.I.P. DT, you will be missed!!!

Daniel Thomas will be missed! He was always had a "go getter" attitude, and taught me a lot. I knew him from day trading, where he always talked about, "trading is 95% psychology, 5% basic math."
DT, you will be forever missed!!! <3

I worked with Dan a few times around the department, and I always remember him telling me he could bench more than me anytime. I didn't believe it because he looked like 150 lbs dripping wet. I Walked in the weight room one day and watched this guy bench 350 or so a few reps.... I just walked out! He was always a funny good dude to chat with. Stupid smart guy!! It was a bummer to hear he left the department and I'm very sad to hear of his passing. Peace be to his family and children. RIP DT

Dan was my probationary firefighter. He was strong and aggressive and was great to be around. I remember how he love playing Madden and competed in tournaments, sounded like he was pretty good. I missed him when he retired and miss him now even more. RIP brother, and hugs to Shelli and the kids.

I had the pleasure of working with Danny several times while we were both employed with Fresno Fire.
Danny was a good firefighter with
a compassionate heart.
I am so sorry for his families loss. May Danny Rest In Peace.

I worked alongside Dan with the Fresno Fire Department.
When I say I worked with Dan, I mean, I got the privilege of seeing his courage, devotion and tenacity while he cared for the citizens of Fresno as he performed his duties as one of our firefighters. I'm truly sorry to hear he is no longer with us. Thanks for everything Dan... We got it from here.

I always remember him for his "can do" attitude. Even if it was an impossible task. And he made us laugh about it. Always smiling.

Worked with Dan at FFD. Extremely solid guy. Gone way too young. Best wishes for peace and gentle healing to all of his friends and loved ones. Rest in Peace, Brother.

I had no idea he was a day trader, so when I brought up stocks one day, he was really enthusiastic to teach me everything he knew about trading and even share some of his books. He taught me a lot in that one conversation.
