Danielle Dione Reed passed away on September 16, 2024, at the age of 46. Danielle is survived by a loving companion, Corey Stephens; her children, Michael John Staes III & India Chantell Veal; her mother, Wendy Miller; her father, Carl Reed; her stepfather, Michael Miller; one brother, Leonard Wilson (Danielle); three sisters, Ashley Grant, Kasey Golden, and Nicolette Reed; two brothers-in-love, Lonnie Grant and Herbert Golden; five nephews, Karon Reed, Ha'san Grant, Ha'keim Grant, Lonnie Grant, and Devante Frederick; two nieces, Lydia and Abigail Scott; and two beautiful granddaughters, Emori Thompson and Angel Staes. Additionally, she is survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Danielle was preceded in death by her father, Roderick Wilson; her paternal grandmother, Mable Wilson; her paternal grandfather, Roy Elloie Sr.; her maternal grandmother, Mildred Duncan; her maternal grandfather, Henry Duncan Sr.; her two uncles, Gregory Southall and Freddie Williams; her two aunts, Evelyn Southall and Georgetta Williams; and her cousin, Justin Southall. Family and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, for 10:00 a.m. at Gentilly Baptist Church, located at 5141 Franklin Ave, New Orleans, LA 70122.
