Darwin LaPean Obituary

Darwin was a master electrician who dedicated his life to helping his friends and family. He spent his free time hunting, fishing, playing cribbage, and watching his favorite sports teams. His Sundays were spent watching Packer football. Dar was a diehard fan that never missed a game. He enjoyed a good Gin and Tonic and never missed an opportunity to play a good prank on one of his friends. His younger years were spent playing guitar and he was the lead singer for "US Mail " and "Fat and Hickory." Dar loved Christmas and spent countless hours decorating his home for all to see. Above all was the treasured time he spent with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his:

Visitation: Visitation from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Illinois.
Funeral: Memorial services will be held at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Kurrus Funeral Home. Private family interment.
