David lived a full life and did a lot of traveling both in the states and abroad with his wife. He had a multitude of friends that enjoyed his wit, and he would tell his stories over and over. I worked at Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac, WI when meeting David for the first time. David impressed me with his work ethic and straight forward honesty. There were many projects at Merc where David and his crew put in long hours and he always kept his good humor and smile. He made stressful times for me much easier to deal with. For me, he was a memorable individual who had a very positive impact on my career and life. I am sorry you have lost him.
