David is survived by his beloved wife, Karen, and children David Gerlich Jr and wife Jennifer, and their children MaKayla and Amber and Melissa Volper and her husband Joseph Volper who will forever remember him.
David loved their little dog, Abu, a yorkie. And he loved to spend time with family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty and Adolf Gerlich, who were sources of inspiration and support throughout his life. Their memory will continue to resonate within the hearts of David's family.
