Frank W. Dugan, 68, of Stroudsburg, passed away on Sunday February 1, 2026, at the Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, New Jersey. He was the husband of Nancy Lynn (Price) Dugan.
Born December 13, 1957, in Kingston, New York, the son of Frank Wesley Burger and Barbara Agnus (Brown) Dugan. He was a resident of Monroe County since 1989 and prior to that of Ulster County.
Frank worked as a Foreman for Visacay Associates in the Waterproofing and Masonry industry.
Frank was a avid sports fan and enjoyed watching Dale Earnhardt racing in Nascar, the New York Giants football team, and New York Yankees baseball team. He also loved to bird watch and put out feeders for the local songbirds, hummingbirds, and woodpeckers. He also loved his pet dogs Velvet, Nikomma, and Sampson with whom he has now been reunited.
In addition to his wife, Frank is survived by his daughter BreeAnne Turia Banks, son-in-law Ryan James Banks, and grandson Zander Wesley Banks of Stroudsburg. He is also survived by Danya Renee Jazembak of Stroudsburg (daughter),Brianna Jazembak of Tempe, AZ (daughter) Aaron Michael Messina of Minnesota (grandson) Barbara Agnes Dugan of Kingston, NY (mother) George Dugan of Kingston, NY (brother) Michael Dugan of Catskill, NY (brother) and Susan Dugan (sister-in-law) Barbra Ann Piccola of Surprise, NY (sister) and John Piccola (brother-in-law) Joseph Dugan of Huntington, MA (brother) and a number of aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews
He was predeceased by Frank Wesley Burger of Kingston, NY (father) and Agnus Brown of Kingston, NY (grandmother)
Memorial funeral services will be held on Saturday February 7, 2026, at 3:30pm, there will be a visitation from 3pm until 5:00pm at the Bensing Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg.
