HUSER, David Michael, age 77, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024, after a lengthy illness. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 7, 1947, to Joseph "Duke" Huser and Virginia "Puddy" Happel Huser. Dave retired from Pease Industries as a Millwright. Dave loved crafting wooden canes and being an active member of the Mt. Healthy Historical Society and was a long-time member of the Masonic Lodge. Anyone who knew him also knows how much he loved his Welsh Corgis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife of forty-two years, Connie Sue Huser, and his stepson Terry Mahaffey.
Dave is survived by his daughter Gayla Huser Broxterman, his sister Margo Huser, his two stepdaughters Estena Lynn Burton and Theresa Maria Meadows (David) as well as his nine grandchildren, Casey Jo and Matthew Broxterman, Amanda Mahaffey Jones, James Paul Malott, Chaz Mahaffey, Michael Malott, Zachary Mahaffey, Emily and Eliana Meadows, ten great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson, one nephew, three nieces, and several great nieces and nephews, and multiple first cousins.
Visitation will be taking place on Friday, August 30, 2024, from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the Arlington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2155 Compton Road, 45231 with service following. Burial service will take place on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the Garden of Holly at Arlington Memorial Gardens Lakeside Mausoleum.
