David A. Keefe of Columbus, OH passed away peacefully at home on Friday, November 7, 2025 after he lost his battle to cancer. He was born on February 11, 1966 in Pittsburgh, PA to Kenneth and Dorothy (Downey) and graduated from Whitehall High School and attended The Ohio State University. Dave worked at doing what he loved. He was the Director and Coach at Griffin Volleyball Club as well as the volleyball coach for Gahanna South. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Julie Ann (Sullivan) Keefe: children, Patrick (Kaileen), and Ryan Elizabeth; mother, Dorothy; siblings, Steve (Tina) Keefe, Donna Bailey, Chuck (Kim) Keefe; many brothers and sisters in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Kenneth and his mother and father in-law, Frances and James Sullivan. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring, 2026.
