David Michael Septer
WADSWORTH - (1979-2024). Raised in Dalton, OH. and a graduate of Dalton High School, he moved to Wadsworth, Ohio where he made his home. David was known to his hometown and community as a dedicated, hardworking, proud, man who helped many and all who asked or needed. He was an extremely brilliant and gifted carpenter, craftsman and HVAC Specialist. He took immense pride in the number of years he served in the HVAC industry. There was no project too big or too small for him. He welcomed the challenge of a new idea, or a new project.
To his family, he was "The Guy". The guy you called when you needed help. The guy you called when you needed advice on a project. The Guy that would show up no matter what, no matter what he had going on or what he had planned. He was THE GUY that spent countless hours at his parents Greenhouse, building, helping and supporting the business. He was THE GUY that loved every one of his family members. He loved the sound of the room when it echoed with laughter from a joke he would tell, or the "roast" of whichever family member was in the spotlight. He was witty, funny and had a beard that made many of men envious.
David proudly served his country for 4 years in The United States Marine Corps.
David is survived by his wife, Heather Septer; and beloved children Jillian Grace Septer, Troy David Septer; parents, David Allan Septer and Marie Ann Septer (Hamilton); sisters Jenni Huff, April Mattox, Beth Septer (Christopher Crimaldi);nieces and nephews; Timothy Busson (wife Courtney), Berea Busson (Jarrod Mazzan), Caleb Busson, Gloria Busson, Kaylie Huff, Luke Huff(wife Cassandra), Jacob Huff(wife Alexa), Isaiah Portis, Roman Portis, Abrianna Crimaldi; great nieces and nephews; Amaya Huff, Kowen Huff, Eleanor and Bennett Busson, Jett Mazzan,
A celebration of life will be held on October 20, 2024, from 2-5 p.m., concluding with a service, at Living Water Church 200 Kurzen Road N. Dalton, OH 44618. In honor of David the family requests casual dress and OSU attire.
