David Eugene Snoddy, 78 of Sullivan, OH passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, May 21, 2023 at his home. He was born in Wooster, OH to the late Kenneth and Loretta (Kurtz) Snoddy.
David was a long-haul truck driver and enjoyed antique cars, tractors, and camping the great outdoors. He found joy in the simple pleasures in life like coffee with Rick and Bob and spending immeasurable time with his family. He will be fondly remembered for his deep love and devotion to his granddaughters and great-grandson and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his loving sons, Joel Snoddy (Roxanne) and Bill Snoddy (Debby); cherished granddaughters, Melissa Snoddy (Matt) and Ashley Leiby (Tim); treasured great-grandson, Max; sister, Ruth Waters; and brother, Vernon Snoddy.
He is preceded in death by his parents and beloved wife, Pat Snoddy.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 30, 2023 from 11:00 to 12:00 Noon at Parker Funeral Home, 202 E. Main St., Spencer, OH 44275 where a memorial service will be held immediately following visitation, beginning at 12 Noon.
Chaplain Don Bolich will officiate.
Inurnment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Homerville.
