Deborah "Debbie" Waters Ball age 67 of Smithtown, Kentucky passed from this life on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at the Markey Cancer Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
Debbie was born on March 23, 1957 in Somerset, Kentucky.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lincoln and Mildred (Childers) Waters; her husband, Christopher "Chris" Ball whom she married on November 26, 1992; and many aunts and uncles who were like siblings to her.
Surviving family members include Geraldine Morrison, Donna Sonnenberg (and Gene), Jack Hannon, Yvonne Waters, Wanda Stephens, April Harris (and Tobee), Ashley Cowles (and Chad), James Michael Stephens, Britney Stephens, Whitney Stephens, Nathan Stephens, Mason Stephens, and many other cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Debbie was a member of the First Hickory Grove Baptist Church and had retired from Oakwood after many devoted years. Debbie enjoyed working outdoors, attending church, embroidering, quilting, canning, and spending time with her family.
A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Angel Cemetery with Bro. Eddie King officiating.
