Debra (Lattin) Koester, daughter of Norma (Gish) and Evert Lattin, was born on October 1, 1952, in Kansas City, KS.
Debra attended and graduated from the University of Kansas to become a Medical Technologist. She worked in a hospital setting for many years before working in the lab at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown for 25 plus years before retiring.
She was married to Phil Koester and together they had two sons, Kevin and Kyle Koester.
Debra will be miss by many and is survived by her husband Phil Koester and two sons Kevin and Kyle Koester.
She is preceded in death by her parents Norma and Evert Lattin.
