Debra is survived by her son: Robert A. Phillippi (Jealissa Collett), Piqua, OH; her daughter: Danielle L. Phillippi (Kirk Laug), Piqua; OH and six siblings: Mary (Rick) Slife, Piqua, OH, Randy Fisher, West Milton, OH, Tammy (Paul) Bubeck, Piqua, OH, Candy (Wayne) Nash, Piqua, OH, Wilma Pierce, Piqua, OH and Charlotte Epley, Piqua, OH; five grandchildren: Landyn Morrison, Maddox Osborne, Gabriel Young, Scarlett Laug and Livienna Laug.
Debra graduated from Piqua High School in 1984. She worked for Crane Pumps in Piqua for 13 years. Debra enjoyed watching TV and playing Solitaire on her cellphone. She especially loved spending time with her family.
A service to honor Debra will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday January 4, 2025 at Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Stremmel officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
