Debra or Debbie as she was affectionately called, was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Ella Ross; sister, Sherron Vellez and brother Anderson Mitnaul.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Delworth Williams; stepdaughter, Tamar Lamour; brothers, Al Howard, Earl Howard (Alma Howard); brother-in-law, John Vellez; sister, Bernice Ross, nephews Jeffrey Vellez and Brandon Vellez; nieces, Tuneka Roberts-Jones, Felicia Howard, Shareese Howard.
Debbie was an accomplished basketball player at Norwalk High School and at both colleges (St. Peter's and Southern CT State university) she attended. She thoroughly enjoyed her career working with kids and volunteering within her community. She will be truly missed by family, friends and co-workers.
The Funeral services will be held at Cathedral of Faith, 2319 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport CT 06605 at 10am.
