Denise F. (McKain) Birchmore

Denise F. (McKain) Birchmore, 52, died Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at the Tufts Medical Center in Boston after a long illness. Born in Tewksbury, she was raised in Dorchester and Stoughton and was a graduate of Stoughton High School, Class of 1982. She was a longtime resident of Stoughton. Mrs. Birchmore worked as a payroll clerk at Howard Johnson's in Milton several years ago. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her daughter and her family. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra M. Birchmore of Stoughton and her mother Claire G. (Coughlin) Gaudet of Stougton. She was the sister of Susan Orso of NH, Alice McKain and Darlene Smith both of Stoughton and the late Robert McKain and Stephen Gaudet. She was predeceased by her father, Gerald V. Gaudette and her husband, Warren Birchmore. She is also survived by her nephews, Gerald W. Smith and Ray Cosgrove. A Funeral Mass will be held in the Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Wednesday, May 25 at 10:30 AM.
